2. Description of Service
SolarCalcPro provides solar energy calculation tools including Solar Panel Sizing, Battery Bank Calculator, Daily Load Calculator, Inverter Sizing, Charge Controller Sizing, and Cable Sizing. The App also includes a reference library with educational content about solar energy systems.
3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
IMPORTANT: SolarCalcPro is intended as a reference and estimation tool only. The calculations, recommendations, and reference materials provided are guidelines and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional engineering assessment.
All solar installations must comply with local building codes, NEC requirements, and applicable regulations. Always consult a licensed electrician or solar professional before installing any solar power system.
4. Free and Premium Features
SolarCalcPro offers three free calculators: Solar Panel Sizing, Battery Bank, and Daily Load Calculator. Premium features, including Inverter Sizing, Charge Controller Sizing, Cable Sizing, and the complete reference library, require a SolarCalcPro Premium subscription.
5. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SolarCalcPro are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

8. Limitation of Liability
SolarCalcPro and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages from incorrect calculations, system failures, or electrical hazards.
9. Safety Warning
Solar power systems involve high voltages and currents that can cause serious injury or death. Never attempt to install, modify, or repair a solar power system without proper training, equipment, and adherence to all safety codes and regulations.
