By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and fully able and competent to enter into and be legally bound by these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Description of Services

CoatInspect Pro is designed to provide coating inspection calculations, reference guides, and compliance verification tools for professional coating inspectors (the "Services"). Features include DFT/WFT conversion, dew point calculation, spread rate calculation, surface profile analysis, ambient condition checking, and abrasive consumption estimation. The specific features and capabilities of the App may change from time to time.

3. Subscription and Payments

CoatInspect Pro offers a free tier and a Pro subscription.

• The free tier includes DFT/WFT Calculator, Dew Point Calculator, and Ambient Condition Check.
• Pro subscription unlocks Spread Rate, Surface Profile, and Abrasive Consumption calculators.
• Pro is available at $1.99/week or $19.99/year.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Important: The coating inspection calculations and recommendations provided by CoatInspect Pro are intended as professional reference tools only. They are NOT certified engineering recommendations and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional engineering judgment or applicable coating specifications.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all calculations against applicable standards (SSPC, ISO, NACE/AMPP) and project specifications before use. CoatInspect Pro assumes no liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of calculations provided by the App.

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Industrial coating inspection requires proper training, certification (AMPP/NACE), and safety equipment.
• You will always verify calculated parameters against applicable standards and project specifications.
• You will follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• The App is a reference tool and does not replace proper coating inspection education or certification.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

All content, features, and functionalities available through the App are owned by or licensed to CoatInspect Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CoatInspect Pro makes no warranties regarding the operation or availability of the App. Calculations may vary based on actual field conditions and are not guaranteed to be suitable for any particular application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoatInspect Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to coating inspection work performed using calculations from the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoatInspect Pro's principal operations are based. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
